Hi, I'm David!
As I mentioned back there, I have a professional tenure of over 10 years of experience. I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of industries, including retail, nutrition, oil & gas, SaaS, and the world's largest marketing agency (more on this in my experience section).
I've also worked in different capacities. My career started as a Customer Service Representative for a retail company, and since then, I've worked in Customer Success, Senior Technical Support, Account Management, and even some logistics, pricing, and negotiation roles. One thing is sure, I've always made an impact on the companies, organizations, or projects I've worked on. Why? Well, this is a great question, and here is the answer: I know how to work in a team.
Also, during my career, I have developed several skills that are relevant to me (of course), and more importantly, to you. Diverse Team Management: My diverse industry experience across technology, healthcare, startups, and agencies, combined with my academic achievement of an MBA in Marketing at the University of Denver (more on this in Education), equips me with a broad perspective and the ability to work effectively with multicultural and bilingual teams (Did I mentioned that I'm bilingual? No? Well, more on this in my skills section)
Impressed? Well, that's not my goal. Instead, I want you to know that David is capable and has the experience, tools, mindset and eagerness to help your organization thrive. I'm a curious person always interested in learning new tools, techniques, systems, and processes. I've been blessed with a capacity to learn fast and very well the tasks that I need to perform. And, in all the roles that I've worked on, and during all these years of experience, one thing, and only one thing, has been very clear to me: You must use the skills and gifts you have to learn more and give more. That's it.
